It cannot be overemphasized how important it is to establish a good preventive maintenance program as early as possible after the initial start-up date as new equipment warranties normally do not provide for routine preventive maintenance, such as visual inspections, filter changes, belt care, lubrication, cleaning water treatment and seasonal adjustments.
